All usage of instantiated servers will be billed for on an hourly usage basis and will vary depending upon the size of the EC2 virtual instance created. Bandwidth usage non Red Hat fees such as additional storage via Amazon S3 will be at an additional per-use cost. Currently available in the US-East datacenter for all customers, there is limited image and customer availability in the US-West datacenter.
